Rotary Jar Indexer The jars are transferred by an inlet conveyor to a turntable which has slots for receiving one jar at a time. The empty jar is moved to a position below the opening from a filler/weigher by intermittent rotary movement of the turntable. After the filling of material is completed, the jar is moved towards exit conveyor by turntable rotation. The jar is weighed by a check weigher for confirmation of weight.
